• OPEN SPACE: A grand waterfront public plaza, with more than double the amount of outdoor space on the pier, and open views of the harbor. • UNIQUE AND DIVERSE: New shops, restaurants and markets will provide offerings for every taste and budget. • COMMUNITY SPACE: A place where neighbors of all ages can gather to enjoy events, programs and services will be created for the Seaport community. • ENTERTAINMENT: Free, year-round performances, exhibits and events, will make the Seaport one of the city’s premier outdoor venues. • VISTAS: An ideal place to stroll, relax or just take in the iconic views of the Harbor and the Brooklyn Bridge.

• DESIGN: Innovative architecture that honors and complements the Port’s maritime history. • RESIDENCES: Apartments will become part of Lower Manhattan's burgeoning residential neighborhoods. • PRESERVATION: The restored Tin Building will be reunited with the harbor's edge, and the former fish stalls will be transformed into the new Fulton Stall Market. • CONNECTION: The pier will be reconnected with the fabric and energy of the city, the Fulton Street corridor, and the East River Esplanade, creating continuous river access.
